Amalgamated, Inc announces its Diesel Pro® Additive Series for treating today’s summer and winter grade diesel fuels and biodiesel blends. These additive products contain the optimum amounts of the latest ‘state-of-the-art’ unique "performance proven®" chemistries for protecting diesel powered equipment and enhancing operability.
The inclusion of Amalgamated, Inc's unique and proprietary LCCTM (Liquid Catalyst Cleaner) in both winter and summer Diesel Pro® formulations ensures rapid clean up of DPF filters and the removal of associated post combustion exhaust system fuel deposits. This chemistry will keep DPF filters cleaner longer to reduce regen frequency and shorten the time needed to complete the regeneration cycle.
Diesel Pro® Winter Additives
The
Diesel Pro® Superior Winter Additives contain the most concentrated Cold Flow Improver chemistries compounded with the best effective Wax Dispersant (WASA) chemistries and a recognized ‘non-alcohol’ De-Icer Agent.
The Diesel Pro® Enhanced and Elite Winter Additives also contain extra amounts of the latest chemical technologies for improving fuel injector cleanliness (Detergent), boosting the fuel lubrication value (Lubricity), increasing the fuel combustibility (Engine Cetane Number), retarding fuel degradation and the production of asphaltenes (Stability) and preventing fuel related rust and corrosion (Corrosion Inhibitor).
All Diesel Pro® Winter additives are formulated with the finest available Deposit Modifier chemistries to prevent fuel related engine deposits.
Diesel Pro® Summer Additives
Diesel Pro® Superior Summer Additives contain the latest Detergent chemistry to clean up existing fuel related deposits and prevent future deposits from forming. This ensures the proper fuel spray pattern in each cylinder during each injection to achieve complete atomization of each fuel droplet and optimize combustion efficiency. The additive also contains the most advanced Lubricity chemistry to add extra lubrication value to the fuel in order to prevent excessive fuel system wear in pumps and injectors. This allows the diesel fuel delivery system to function as designed with extended life cycles.
The Diesel Pro® Enhanced and Elite Summer Additives contain extra amounts of the latest chemical technologies for improving fuel injector cleanliness (Detergent) and boosting the fuel lubrication value (Lubricity). These additive formulations are compounded with extra cetane improver chemistry for increasing the fuel combustibility (Engine Cetane Number), extra chemistries for retarding fuel degradation and reducing the production of asphaltenes (Stability) and chemistries for preventing fuel related rust and corrosion (Corrosion Inhibitor).
